Mods you just can't play without?

Thanks for the information.  I guess I'll have to look into it further, when I use it, the chat text tells me giving me x of item but it never spawns.  I'd have to guess we have a plugin installed that is stopping it.

One thing to make sure of is that you're looking at the ground under you for it to give. It does work like the /give command in that way that it doesn't just go straight into your inventory, it spawns on the ground where you were looking.

That may or may not be it, though.

Strange.  I gave myself a bunch of stuff to test it out and nothing came through even though the chat console said that it did.

However after logging out and back in, my inventory had all the stuff that it said it gave me, so somethings wonky somewhere.  Oh well, /search and /i and /give are ok for now

Optimine, I own only a laptop, and with out optimine I am only able to run about 1 FPS unless i keep the debug menu open at all times, which in that case I will run about 30 FPS....weird I know.

Zombe's Mod Pack, I only use the fly and craft all.....better to craft all then click to death

Mini-Map, I use it to help me see how my build is looking (aka my art, I do all my art laying down so I can build bigger art)

Improved Chat, allowes me to send more then one line of chat at once, and can copy and past, and look at past chat, AND repost my past chat

Me too, I just can't live without the Toomanyitems mod! I don't think I could have made my  pyramid without it. Also, before the 1.4 I was using the Mo creatures mod (black unicorns are just TOO awesome!)
I also use the portalgun mod by iChun. He looks gadget, AND he is! but it's just too fun to warp around  ,  and himself .
As I see all those good comments about it, I think I gonna give a try to the SP commands mod.

I could live without Mo creatures, but the airship/steamboat and minimap mods are hard to do without.

I use only the Singleplayer-commands and
a 32x32 texturepak that only make all textures
from 16x16 to 32x32. It don't change really something.. :p

i love singleplayer commands, too many items in game INV edit and elevator mod.

also for people who don't like manually modding
Tfc Mod Manager is pretty usefull, basically all you have to do is drag and drop, then click finish modding then your done!. It only works for zip files though and some mod aren't compatible,
but you could always convert the non zipfiles :P.
