No way man, i apoligize, i should have told earlier.

Yea, im pretty sure that the city site is going to have to be hand made - donthink minecraft spawns pennisulas the size thats needed;    Visually, your walls look very accurate, but im not sure if they a large enough.

right now im starting on the Captitolium and the PANTOKRATOR MONASTERY
about building the CHalke, i was just thinking about it: about the aqueduct: i cant find enough images to go by

Hmmm original walls. so main wals was 12 meters/blocks hight and 5 metres/blocks tall (without battlement) in avarage... and towers is around 20 metres hight... my walls is 3 metres highter, becouse esthetic becouse brick lines... for good quantity of him :) (im sad, that in vanila game is not posible combinate slabs -.-) becouse brick lines is in original around half metres hihgt...

Capitolium and Pantokrator sounds good :)... and in references i have often same probles... here is needing improvizating and healthed sense :) and here is reason for becouse i oftentime change proportions of many building over time :)

but on other side... meter here, meter there, important is final estheticaly vizualing and good proportions :)

Are you planning to put the whole thing up as a schematic when it's done?
Seriously, there's an outrageous amount of running involved.

Have you made a custom texture pack for this project? It looks like it.

If so, please remember to include that when you release the city!
