If you mean In MCEdit go to the little button on the bottom that says import.And if your not seeing the schematics you downloaded go to go to the start menu(If you dont get what I mean or are "Blonde"like me Iv put up a radom pic of a start menu Its usualy on the bottom left side:) and lol trust me I am So blonde that i forget those things lol) search for schematics and go to see more results and put the ones you want in a new folder I named mine Schematics or you could put them in the MC Edit Schematic folder.Which would be easier later on but I perfer to just put them in a seperate folder and just click the destop icon when i want one:P Cake for you  [cake2] [cake2] [cake2] [cake2]!

I don't see an import button anywhere.  Not on the main MC Edit screen nor after I've opened a world.  I cannot open the file directly because it installed to a weird directory that won't show up in Windows 7.  Is there a FAQ somewhere?

Well, my problem was a corrupted MCedit or something.  Reinstalled and figured it out pretty easily.
