The SmartBank/SmartStorage!

This schematic is a building that was published on the Minecraft Forums by a YouTuber called TheSOfficial.
I have asked if I could build and publish his buildings and he has approved  that I could do so. So here they are!
There is 2 schematics. 1 Is above ground which means most of the redstone wiring is above ground and underground means most of it is covered underground so you can build around it!

Sorry, I'm feeling really stupid tonight/this morning.

I skipped through the video to get the general idea of what was going on, but I didn't understand why this is titled a 'smartbank'.

Bank of what, or rather why is it called a bank?

I really dont know, i didnt originaly create this but he called it a smart bank in another video presening it, but i find it more of a storage, but you can think of it as one because you can extend it with more than 1 storage cart.

Have you considered adding some sort of lock?

well this isnt my design and trien to fit a lock on it would make more redstone wiring, i could try but it would be hard

well with this one you can extend it by adding more minecart spaces and holes :)
