I designed a couple of Japanese styled buildings in minecraft and decided to offer them up for your enjoyment. 

The Japanese Villa comes with a small, 2 story house, walled for your protection, including a pond and miniature waterfall feature in the rear, and a small Zen Garden to the right of the house.  It was purposely built to appear as if the house was expanded over generations.  The architectural details for each portion of the house change slightly to reflect this.  But I doubt anyone will notice those differences besides me.

The Japanese Farmhouse was built because its real easy to find a schematic for a Asian temple, or a pagoda, but what about the common folk?  Not everyone is an emperor or a priest.  The 3 story farmhouse features a lit, grassed, in-door area where animals are able to spawn at night, and 2 small wheat farms in front.  Dinning on the second story, beds are on the third.  It's intended for those that like to live closer to nature, as a common farmer would have ages ago.

Well if I ever get done on Tatsuyama I'm planning an "extended" version that will feature other towns and cities showcasing the work by all the other great Asian builders here (with credit and approval ofc), same goes for you Nef.

As for the texture pack - I'm not sure but it looks like a version of Woocraft or another Asian Texture pack. They all seem to be discontinued.

Closest i can recommend is the Okami HD texturepack.

It looks alot like a heavily modified Misa's HD, asian style to it

This is an absolutely wonderful schematic. I have a very hard time creating anything that looks good. This would of probably taken three months to create.
