I agree that Joseph should take his time on the mod and all but just a quick update would be great. I check this forum like 30 times a day looking for an update. If the mod is dead (which I most certainly hope it isn't!) I'd rather know so I can move on. If not Joseph saying so and a brief indication of the problem would be awesome and boost morale :)
That it would be. Hopefully he will be posting an update very soon.
Do you play BFBC2 on PC? Then add me, timo0060 and we can be buddddddiiiieeess :D .... I'm a n00b so don't pick on me please :)

Can't touch this!!!!..... Alright fine...

What worries me is that Joseph is still active on the forum, I've seen him online a number of times and still, no news. I will try to remain patient though and my support is still with the mod, I'm just dying to know what's going on

He's probably busy at his work, and does not have the time to reply back yet. Has anyone tried contacting him via PM?

Although due to what's happened on the server he may of stopped visiting MCS all together.

I sent him a pm a few days ago and haven't heard anything back yet :(. And he deff has been visiting as his profile has seen activity and i've seen the forum say he's online. Can only hope that real life business is keeping his attention and he will come back, victorious, with a glorious mod for us all :)

 Hey all,

Sorry it's been a while since I posted. There has been some developments in this mod which
have delayed it being released. After I got some testers on the mod days later I was getting
page's of errors sent to me by the testers. These errors include the NPC's going rouge (Friendly NPC's attacking
the player) which I did not find in my testing, the GUI installation interface requires an internet connection, as it downloads from a main server I have, the reason I have this is because when Minecraft updates I can make changes and automatically get the mod working within an hour.
Laptops also are having problems using this mod, one of the testers kept on getting the memory dumb
blue screen, this should not be happening!

Anyway, I've spoken to the systems programming developer at work to see if he can sort out some
of the errors, because most of these errors are down to security programs and other things, but
the problem now is, a few months ago the company I work for was developing part of a game for RockStar North
and we had 5 months to complete it, we done it within 2 months and we all had 3 months left, so I was getting
loads of help from senior staff and programmers at work, but right now we've just finished that contract with
RockStar North and now we've got another one from a different company (Treyarch) and we've got less than a month to finish it. Everyone at work is stretched to the limit even I am, we're working 12 hour shifts to get this done.

I really don't have the time and resources to finish this mod off, and it's really caused trouble at work, first with the courts and now we cannot finish it. One of the testers on this mod put a copy of the software on the Minecraft Forums, little did he know the copy can only be used once, anything with "Evolution Mod" in it's name
is going to be fake/virus, there has been thousands of people interested in this mod, and it has room to expand. We've revolutionised mods in MineCraft being the first developers to have a GUI installation. So please, be patient with me while I do my best to complete this mod.

 Thank you for understanding guy's!
Please remember; anything with 'Evolution Mod' or 'Evolution Mod hack' is fake.
The mod has not been released and there is no way of hacking our installation client so please
do not be fooled!

Hey Joe, thanks for getting in contact and letting everyone know what's going on, really appreciate it :). Feel kinda guilty for doubting you and being a nag, so sorry about that.

I agree that you probably have one of the coolest jobs ever, lucky creeper ;). There's no rush for the mod, concentrate on real life :). Although when you next get a quiet spell don't forget about us here, we'll still be waiting on this mod with eager anticipation :)

Take care

I'm sorry too, I'm just so excited:D Is the contract with Treyarch related with a game called MW3? It must be awesome that you can say you have worked on such title;)

GL and we hopefully see more of this mod later on;)

Yay! I had some time to go over the mod today and I've updated the mapping system.
If you ever had an NPC mod, you'll notice that the NPC's always go of course or
get stuck, so I've sorted that out!

I hope he finishes it too, but hopefully he doesn't rush it because then it might have flaws... Also on a side note, awesomest and incrediblest aren't english words, not being mean but it's most awesome and most incredible. The english language is one of the hardest to learn, but you type it very well :P Lol Have some cake.... I use those words a lot though.  [cake2] [cake2] [cake2]

" one of the hardest to learn" really? Because for me it's easier than others...
btw, I don't think that in 1.8 you will be able to move npcs from villages. So this mod still rocks!:D

My heritage is Dutch so I've always wanted to learn how to speak it, but the tapes my mom has to learn it goes way to fast!!!

I was always told by my teachers that english is one of the hardest to pick up... Maybe it was when you were older, because you pick up things faster when your younger... I'm not sure but that's what I've always heard.
