I've started programming this mod again, I'm adding more features to the mod, can't say when it will be released as
there are some legal barriers to jump over yet.

Just thought I'd mention this as it has had a lot of attention.

I know a bit of Java :D just made a Brick Break game..... it's not to bad :P I do wish they taught us more about red stone though :(

They actually teach you some redstone in school, it's just that they call it physics/electrics or maths. Unfortunately I did not notice that when I was in school either, but later I made my diploma in electrical engineering and information technology and I think about everything that is used by redstone is deducted from that area somehow.

Well I was taught about AND gate, OR gates, and Adders in computer engineering, but in my mind, converting that knowledge to red stone is hard....

I guess the important part is learning how to use the ICs (e.g. the 74xx series ICs). That part helped me a lot to understand how redstone logic worked.

Yeah, they taught me that in our Hardware Engineering class.
