Personally I think that would be a good idea, maybe a burger stand and then more concession stands for an amusement park, just look at the game RollerCoaster Tycoon 3 and all the whacky shaped concession stands that it has for inspiration (if needed), would be great to actually have enough concession stands to make a full rollercoaster / amusement park in Minecraft.
