i cant remember gta:sa having a construction site like this one, but i do remember gta 3 having one

i dont remember blowing up a construction site in vice city

the only costruction site i can this of is the ones in San andrease and 4

It was a side mission where you had to fly an RC copter and deliver bombs to parts of the building.
