Wow love that piece of wall looks a little final fantasyish with the globes.

bit of advice though when you start building a city look for the flattest area to build on,
rather then cutting out the world, I know its bound to be bumpy in places,
but It looks better then just making it dead flat and gives the city a sort of level on the inside.

Actually i disagree if you build on flat you can always import land around it to give it that built on natural generated ground look......if that makes sense. I am actually working on a new castle now and that is what i am doing.

thanks guys.. well I always make the section flat by my self, even if I cut out half a mountain.. I use in-game world edit en voxelsniper to edit the landscape.

I agree to disagree, yes you can always put something new back in its place,
But i just feel that everything will be at one level and feel more imported.
If you know what i mean that is I lust like to have multiple levels within a city's walls,
that coincide with the landscape on the outside. :D

and please keep us updated on the build with pics and all woodlawn.  [happydance]

Actually here on the voxel box we don't make flat spaces. We find a relatively flat spot and work from there. The best builds start with a good terrain and landscape.
I don't always build, But when I do, I use minecraft.
