This is my first attempt at a large building as well as my first schematic :D. This was loosely based off a school in a psp game that i recently played. It has 2 floors(3 in the dorms) with a total of 40 rooms, 30 of these being bedrooms, a large courtyard, a pond, and a forest surrounding the courtyard.

It is safe for the most part, monsters will spawn in the courtyard but as long as you stay off the ground floor at night it shouldnt be  a big deal
