BPB's Epic Dream House

AS PROMISED THIS IS THE NEW REPOST WITH A SCHEMATIC! I HOPE YOU ENJOY!!!
So I recently decided to try building a modern mansion as part of the BPI city project. So instead of posting a bunch of pictures I made a cinematic instead. It was a lot of fun partly because I got to really let my creativity go.

So a little bit about this mansion. My inspiration actually came from the Gatt Mansion but I never looked at it while building it. It is all original work. In fact, I haven't looked at that build since it got its builder award.
Anyways I used a interlocking cubes concept for the whole house and there is really only one curved surface which is the upper balcony. Has a couple hot tubs, a pool, a bathroom, an evil lair, and various other rooms.

The biggest challenge was making it small while still looking very spacious. I found that window panes made this very easy.

As promised I have attached a schematic of my house. It may have some extra floating crap on the edges from the main roadway and city walls so i would suggest pasting in the air and cleaning up the excess first.

I am using the Basico 128x128 texture pack. If anyone knows a pack that is similar but uses greener bamboo please let me know. thanks :)

hm.. I feel that it's an okay effort, similar to the quality of my own houses but bigger and not as cramped. I like the roof water thingys. Could care less about the "B" fountain. Too many dragon eggs (looks overdone). Nice toilet. Dislike the texture pack. Good that you didn't use the tired sandstone/obby combo. My overall impression is a meh, even though I can see that its decent, it just doesn't make me ooh and ahh. Sorry :/

 But what really gets my attention is the surrounding scenery. I like the road and that fancy thing with all the pillars (that is along the road in the opposite direction to the intersection part, if that makes sense).

Drop here the terrain.png and I can do a fast photoshop for you to make the reeds greener (tool called Hue/Saturation). I do this if I find I like most of a TP but dislike one texture - I change its colour or substitute one from another pack.

I get your feelings about that. And yeah I am not huge on the pack either. In many ways I think this build would look better in MC Enhanced.

It just is so challenging working with smaller builds and adding good asthetic detail. Hence the water roof channels.

I will probably have another go except make it larger and more spacious so I can really take off with detail.

only two parts were. the study and the main entry. other than that it was from some kindergarden floor plans I had to draw for a dream house thing. Long time ago. Can't remember the details well. either way I definitely made a lot of changes to my plans lol. I had a room for spy gear. if you all noticed it is hiding under the pool :P.
