Demonic Tower/Mansion

I'm always impressed by the awesome stuff that other people build, and i wished i could build something impressive as well, but i totally suck at it.

So i would be really happy, if someone could design me a building fitting to my skin & name. Something simple with small details will be more than enough, i don't need anything giant/extreme.

I've made you a tower made of only stuff appearing in the nether. I also went overkill on  so you might want to get rid of some. It's not very big and therefore doesn't really have furniture, just a table in the 'garden'. I only have version 1.7.3 so I don't have netherbrick stairs to make a chair.

I got lucky with the wheather for the screenshots... It rained most of the time making the tower. All I could hear was the sound of rain trying to douse the fire. Now I'm inspired and I'm making a demonic town, or at least a street. The house over the road is a bit over halfway done.

That is awesome! One thing though, the texture pack hurts my eyes... o_O

What texturepack do you think is best for showing? This is tradional beauty, so it is kinda the default only a bit higher resolution.

It's just that the Traditional Beauty looks really...large. I mean the pixels in each block are massive, and it doesn't look right. :P  I would recommend Soartex Fanver for screenshots, mainly because of the smooth simplicity. For playing in-game, I would recommend Dieluter's 128x texture pack.

Sorta off-topic: Why are you playing in 1.7.3?

Well my friend gave me the game and it probably isn't the proper version and when I try and upgrade it there's always problems and I keep trying to find out whats wrong but it takes me ages cos I suck at this kind of stuff. Hopefully I will buy the proper version soon so I wont need to use this version anymore and I can still keep my old schematics and stuff.

I also made another demon house.

Edit:Added my second nether-styled house. Next is my nether castle which is much bigger and floats over the void.

Hmmm...try getting MCNostalgia, it lets you change to any version of Minecraft. The new one looks faintly Japanese in style. That's not a bad thing. :P

I'm not quite sure in what paralell universe you live, but in mine it is 666. If demonlord wants it different I will do, but not for you, knock yourself out in this hard job changing a 6 to a 8!

The number 666 comes from the line, in the paragraph, in the chapter in which Satan is talked about in the Bible. Everyone thought it was 666, but recently it was found that in fact its the 8th line.

You have to type in the actual number for it. Type what it says to pull up a list of versions, then type in the number of the version. Not 1.2.5 for 1.2.5, but the actual number next to it.  And that's good that you fixed it. Just trying to be helpful, even if I'm a bit late. ;)
