The Redstone Reference
« on: June 28, 2012, 09:29:06 PM »
This is something i made because i kept having to go on the internet to find circuit designs  :mobzombie:

its a large stone building with lots of easy to understand circuit designs, all ordered and numbered, with both horizontal and vertical designs (where possible)

it currently has:
OR Gates
NOR Gates
AND Gates
NAND Gates
Various clocks
XOR Gates
XNOR Gates
RS (NOR) Latches
Pulse Limiters
T-Flip-Flops
And even an old school redstone repeater!

Inspiration and most circuit designs come from here http://www.minecraftforum.net/topic/892820-ultimate-collection-of-redstone-circuit-designs/

there are glass walkways in each room (to see the circuits from above) and coloured wool for input and output

feedback is welcome

Hey man, I have my own of these just sitting in my backyard! I never realized this could be schematic material. Anyways, would you like to add my guide to your post? The schematic is in this post, just edit your post and give me credit if you do decide to put it in. Thanks man!

ALSO: Most the circuits contain note blocks at various points, so the user can hear the effects of the circuit as well as see them. I find this vastly helpful.

I'll download it and tell you what i think. also, i used redstone lamps instead of note blocks.

and the texture pack is Doku-Craft.

i would add yours into the post, but mine already has all the circuits yours has + more, and its more ordered and has signs explaining the various circuits.

but good job anyways

Hi qualar:

when was the last time you updated this? There have been many new changes to the Redstone system and I believe this is an incomplete guide. Additionally, if my memory serves me correctly I believe someone else may have also made a Redstone tutorial.

also, i have yet to come across a Redstone guide such as this and would very much like to be given a link to one if it ever came up.

Yeah, I made a Redstone tutorial before I knew that there was one out there already (http://www.mcschematics.com/index.php?topic=14910.msg95369#msg95369). It has most of the things included in this one, but I must give props to the original!
Redstone? Best stuff ever!
