High Roller: Modern Mansion

Hey Forum,

This is my first shematic. It's a modern mansion. The design is inspired by the "Villa zum Rhein" by the Dibelius architects.

Its size is 65W x 82L x 27H and you'll have to place it 12 blocks down.

It contains:
 - kitchen
 - dining room
 - 4 bathrooms
 - small library
 - 4 bedrooms
 - 3 coat racks
 - 2 workrooms
 - living room
 - utility room
 - storage room
 - 1 unfurnished room in the basement (I absolutely had no clue how to furnish it :D )
 - pool
 - bar
 - sauna
 - big terrace
 - big balcony
