Exporting sections of a schematic

I've found a schematic which has lots of different houses on it. I'd like to save each house as a separate file so I can import them into a world one by one, but I can't see any way to only copy a few chunks on a schematic. Is there a way?

Import it into a random world with mcedit, then make each individual house a schematic.
